We do not offer refunds on any items, as they are all made to order. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace it or issue a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we can offer you a wholesale discount code to purchase something else. Regular shipping costs will be applied.

We will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
